1.   What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your toptops.com purchase. If you are not, simply return or exchange your unworn Custo-Barcelona merchandise with the tags attached, original package and the original invoice within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

After 7 days we only accept exchanges for up to 15 days of receipt. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please follow these four easy steps:
  1. Fill out the online return & exchange form
  2. Indicate whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the purchasing credit card for returned items. Please complete the required information on the form for the merchandise that is replacing your original order.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible, and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

2.   Can I have my items gift wrapped?

Gift wrapping is available on most orders.
3.   Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?

Illinois residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. Toptops does not collect duties and taxes for International orders. However, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
4.   What about international orders?

International orders are not guaranteed to arrived on the expected time frame, as some orders are subject to customs and it may delay the process. Global Priotity Mail is not a guranteed service, Toptops WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost packages or sustained packages.
5.   What about orders to Hawaii and Alaska?

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are much like orders within the US. However, some shipping methods may not be available for both states

Custo tops have an overflow of coloring with a daring mixture of fabrics and a variety of graphics. Most of our tops are 100% cotton and are made in Spain, Portugal and Thailand.
