Return/Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your toptops.com purchase. If you
are not, simply return or exchange your unworn Custo-Barcelona merchandise with
the tags attached, original package and the original invoice within 7 days of
receipt.
After 7 days we only accept exchanges for up to 15 days of receipt. All
credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow
2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Fill out the online return & exchange form above.
- Indicate whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a
credit on the purchasing credit card for returned items. For exchanges, please
complete the required information on the form for the merchandise that is
replacing your original order.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original package
if possible, and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned
prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
